1. Latisha G. - Tisha is such a inspiration to me in many ways! She's a Sister, a mentor, a friend, praying warrior & my hair idol. Her hair is so beautiful, healthy, thick and similar to my texture. I tell her about tricks I've tried when we talk and she tells me about the ones she's tried. She inspires me to continue wearing my hair natural because of her free spirit and self confidence. The unique thing about Tish being my #1 idol is that she doesn't even know it LOL
2. My next hair idol is Singer Ledisi. Ledesi is my hair idol because she's done 2 things I'm afraid to do. 1. loc my hair and 2. color my hair. I'm so afraid if I start locks I wont like them and will have to start all over and color I'm afraid I'll choose the wrong color. The red in her beautiful locs to me represents she's not afraid to do anything, to me she has a daring un-tamable beauty that can't be put into a box and a voice that will knock your socks off!!
3. Last but certainly not least would be Curly Nikki! I so and I mean so envy her hair!!! Man I wish my hair was like hers!!! She is just awesome!! my hair type is not like hers but Lord knows if my hair was as healthy as hers I would be just as happy. I'm aiming for her length I want to be able to shake my hair LOL! The TWA is taking it's time growing at least it seems that way.
