15years Jail Time for cutting in Line???

I saw this story on CNN about a young black woman that allegedly cutting someone in line, starting an argument and assaulting a police officer. They don't list where the story takes place, but it's worth the watch. The case has gone so high profile that the Klu Klux Klan has decided to get involved and threaten the family. They were trying make the young lady to sign a plea deal but why would you sign a plea when you didn't do anything? This story has my blood boiling I hate stuff like this!!
